Important Information
All passengers that travel via Los Angeles International Airport or San Francisco International Airport, must be travelling on their own machine readable passports and complete the ESTA online form at least 72 hours prior to departure from the UK.
^ Bookings made via the Air New Zealand Call Centre will incur an additional offline booking fee of £30 per ticket issued.
†Skycouch™ upgrades: The upgrade fees shown are for one-way travel only and are paid in addition to an Economy fare(s). The Skycouch™ upgrade fees will be given at the time of booking your Economy travel, please select Skycouch™ when prompted with the upgrade message to view the applicable fees. Fees stated above include estimated tax and fuel surcharge. The Economy Skycouch™ fee calculation is based on the number of passengers occupying the group of seats. Each seating option provides a different number of seats and will present a different fee amount. Booking an Economy Skycouch™ allocates three Economy seats to your booking. Skycouch™ can be booked on a sector-by-sector basis. Skycouch™ is only available on Air New Zealand's 777-300 service between London and Los Angeles and Los Angeles and Auckland.

Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP and include estimated government taxes, fuel surcharge, ticketing and handling fees. Fares are based on payment by debit card. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated above, fares are based on non-stop routings on Air New Zealand operated services from London to Auckland (via Los Angeles) with onwards connections to Sydney. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with a debit or credit card. Payment with credit card will incur a credit card payment surcharge of £15 per person. Electronic Tickets will be issued for these fares.
Cancellation/Changes - Time/Date changes permitted before each flight departure for a fee of £100 per change. Where the original fare booked is no longer available or applicable for new travel dates, any difference in fare will be also be required for payment in additional to the fee for change. £30 service fee may also apply for changes. Ticket is non-transferable. Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Fare may be used as credit towards a higher Air New Zealand fare. At all times the Non-Refundable portion remains Non-Refundable.
Stopovers - Free stopovers in Los Angeles and Auckland in each direction.
Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars are permitted to be accrued on these fares. Other airline frequent flyer points/miles cannot be accrued.
Minimum/Maximum Stays - 5 day Minimum stay. Maximum stay of 12 months.
Children/Infants - Children (aged 2-11 inclusive) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 25% discount. Infants (aged under 2) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 90% discount, however the infant is not entitled to a seat. The infant will therefore be required to travel on the adult's knee/lap. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
