1. Information on how to enter the Lucky Draw forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over. Air New Zealand (the "Promoter"), their employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

3. Conditions of Entry - How to Enter:
Participants must visit www.airnewzealand.co.uk/let-the-magic-find-you, and enter their details in the form after completing the quiz.

4. Each eligible person may enter the draw once only and all duplicate entries will be removed with the first entry remaining valid. 

5. Lucky Draw commences 0000hrs Friday, 6 December 2024 and closes 2359hrs Tuesday, 24 December 2024 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will not be eligible for the draw.

6. The winners of the Draw will be selected at random on Friday, 27 December 2024. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by email at the email address provided at the time of the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 1700hrs Monday, 6 January 2025, then the prize is forfeited. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. One (1) winner will receive Two (2) Economy-class air tickets to travel from London, United Kingdom to Auckland, New Zealand. 

8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

9. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Draw. Entries into this Draw will be stored only in the Air New Zealand booking database.

10. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Draw. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Please refer to Air New Zealand's Privacy Policy regarding the storage of personal information.

12. Flight terms and conditions:
Travel is only permitted on Air New Zealand-operated flights between London and Auckland via Air New Zealand's global gateways. The prize excludes the airport taxes associated with the flights (approx. GBP240.00, which will be confirmed to you upon booking,dependent on routing). All flights are subject to availability in the applicable booking class for economy and these need to be booked in G class (or equivalent) through the Air New Zealand Sales team, europe.salessupport@airnz.co.nz. Black-out periods 23NOV2024-15JAN2025. Travel must be Bookedby 30 JUN, 2025. & completed by 23NOV25. Tickets must be booked and issued at least 120 days before departure. If the prize is for more than one person, the entire travel party must travel together on all sectors. A copy of your passport must be provided at the time of ticket issuance. Smart casual attire should be worn on all flights. You must have a valid passport and the appropriate visas at the time of travel. Travel is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize winner tickets are not eligible for frequent flyer accruals (including Airpoints Dollars), upgrades, companion redemption, or tier status credit. Changes and upgrades are permitted and any fare difference must be topped up by the prize winner. All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand's General Terms and Conditions of carriage.
