Business Premier Experience
On our London Heathrow to Auckland route via Los Angeles we operate a Boeing 777-300ER. If you decide to fly via Singapore, the Air New Zealand leg of your journey between Singapore and Auckland will be operated on a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Whichever way you go, you will receive the same great Business Premier experience with Air New Zealand.
Our Business Premier cabin delivers all the things travellers love, with a few fresh twists. To give the best possible sleep in the sky, the signature chalk coloured luxurious lie-flat bed sports a thick memory foam mattress, cosy duvet and two full size pillows.

Transit & Lounge Information at Los Angeles
Passengers transiting through Los Angeles will no longer need to remain in the dedicated transit facility and on arrival will be handed a transit card, proceed through Customs and Border Protection and be guided to the transit security screening. Once through, customers will have access to the terminal and Star Alliance Lounge.
Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) is home to the new Star Alliance Los Angeles lounge and is managed by Air New Zealand on behalf of Star Alliance. The 18,000 square foot lounge features an open air terrace with panoramic view of the northern runway towards the Hollywood Hills.
Lounge facilities
Eligible passengers (Business Premier, Star Alliance Gold & other eligible guests) will have access to the Star Alliance Lounge which is managed by Air New Zealand on behalf of Star Alliance.
The lounge can be found airside, after security on level 6 and is only accessible to guests departing from TBIT. The lounge will be open to accommodate all Star Alliance departures each day from 9:15 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. – times may change depending on Star Alliance flight schedules.
The 18,000 square foot lounge features an open air terrace with views of the northern runway towards Hollywood Hills and dedicated 'experience' zones to cater to customers' needs such as rest or business.

All passengers that travel via Los Angeles International Airport, must be travelling on their own machine readable passports and complete the ESTA online form at least 72 hours prior to departure from the UK.
^ Bookings made via the Air New Zealand Call Centre will incur an additional offline booking fee of £30 per ticket issued.

Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP and include estimated government taxes, fuel surcharge, ticketing and handling fees. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated above, fares are based on routings on Air New Zealand operated services from London to New Zealand (via Los Angeles). Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Electronic Tickets will be issued for these fares. Tickets must be purchased on/before the stated sales period date.
Cancellation/Changes - Time/Date changes permitted before each flight departure for a fee of £200 per change. Where the original fare booked is no longer available or applicable for new travel dates, any difference in fare will be also be required for payment in additional to the fee for change. £30 service fee may also apply for changes. Ticket is non-transferable. Ticket can be cancelled before outbound departure date and a refund will be given less 50% of the original fare purchased. Fare may be used as credit towards a higher Air New Zealand fare. At all times the Non-Refundable portion remains Non-Refundable.
Stopovers - Free stopovers in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul or Tokyo in each direction. Stopover point applicable to route taken.
Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints members are able to accrue miles/points on these fares on Air New Zealand operated services. Other frequent flyer program members should check with their member guide.
Minimum/Maximum Stays - Maximum stay is 12 months.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children aged 2-11 years pay 100% of adult fare. Accompanied infants aged under 2 years, pay 10% of adult fare, however are not entitled to a seat. They must fly in the same seat as the accompanying adult. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
